So this is my new website that I am sharing with you. On here is going to be all sorts of things from the paranormal, to spiritual from healing to life... From guidance I will share to personal blogs, vlogs on the paranormal and supernatural. To personal psychic guidance and anything else you wish to learn and progress in the path of spirituality as it broadens for you I will place in this section.. From time to time I will add general card readings for the day, give you little snippets into the life of a medium and how we work, amongst many other things. :)
So where to start, well.... I have been taking a long healing hiatus the past 4/5 years from having stage 4, Bowel cancer, as it stands I now am the proud owner of a non chemo cure for Cancer (of course I had to self heal from cancer, because I had a 1-5% chance of a survival rate on chemo, which of course once I heard that, was not an option for me, so I chose to heal it holistically. No chemotherapy or Radiotherapy what so ever entered my body. All natural, all holistic, with a wide range of natural & holistic combination care methods I used. I even had to teach myself again how to walk properly as my bowel cancer had really taken hold of the bottom half of my body, from bowel, to bladder to legs. So slowly piece by piece, day by day, I started to self heal. They were incredibly tough days as my bowel cancer was at the start of the pandemic, so I had much going against me to survive at the time. As I was the last patient to be operated on at our hospital before the cancer policies were shut down at the start of the pandemic. So I am incredibly grateful to still be here. I must quickly add a special thanks to my cancer care teams during that time at both hospitals, because without their endless dedication and belief in my ability to self heal being an angelic reiki master I probably wouldn't be here today. I was also fighting Sepsis too at the time, so I literally was working day and night to self heal in every single way I could. The team that believed in me when I was fighting through so much internally, I owe them my special thanks from the surgeons, to the nurses to the radiology & colonoscopy departments, between Wales, Shrewsbury, & Telford, you all are wonderful people, extra special thanks to dear friends of mine who work there who especially took care of me, I say thank you to you all.
So as you can now gather, I have been all clear no bowel cancer for 5 years, which does make what I created rather unique, individual and a new way of healing for many, if used correctly with my self care methods. To which an NHS boss did say to me whom I met, while I was on a healing & business journey in Türkiye, back in 2024, that if I keep going and it does work that they would put it into the NHS, in-fact the NHS staff I personally spoke to all agreed, they may as well turn my methods into a cure, for the NHS at this point, so technically it is indeed NHS backed. Which is the exciting part. I am willing to share it out to the NHS and I of course will be teaching my methods to holistic healthcare professionals who do want to learn how to aid with the healing of cancers, whether it's from a health of the mind side, or, from having any type of cancer or in a physical sense. As many know and agree, holistic combination care methods work quite well, we just have to combat the pharmaceutical industry who does appear to be quite against the idea, but it isn't there for them to make a profit out of, my all natural holistic combination care methods is there for the benefit of people with Cancers. It's also there to save money for the NHS itself. Which in turn with the money saved can be spent on something else in the care industry in a more cost effective way for the NHS.
Remember I did say in the pandemic i was planning to save the healthcare industry, and bring it forward into a new era of healing, well.... With not just a cure for cancer, but other holistic combination care methods I have found worked well over the decades created we indeed have a new way forward for modern healthcare. Which in part was the very reason for me writing the documents of truth. Bringing forward not just a pile of problems I found within our health care system as a whole but I also brought forward, a pile of holistic combination care solutions that is more kinder to the body, mind and soul. From working in animal care, from childcare, disability care, & elderly care previously I took a look into better ways healthcare could be looked at. With less pharmaceutical and more natural combination health care methods that would aid people better from a body, mind and soul point of view. And as the NHS agreed with me as a whole over the decades, my methods work. So here we are with a massive change for the better for the healthcare system as a whole. From education to hospital care, from care home care to animal care, there is so much more we can do for holistic combination care and I get the feeling we are just getting started making changes to the healthcare system for the better, like never before. Less tablet, more natural care. Always a good way to start in the healthcare industry. Let's hope this long continues. Despite some grumbles from the pharmaceutical industry. We have a better way forward for humanity and planet as a whole. It's just all about getting the right kind of people onboard with our holistic combination care methods. :)

Lightworkers... questions answered.
Morning all, so I am going to start the blogs by going through some questions and answers about lightworkers, Empaths, and mediums, in order to help those on an awakening path about themselves, for those who are curious and want to know more and for those who have yet to understand. I hope these Q+A's (and sorry it's a long post, but there's so much to say) help somewhat on your path to discovery :)
1) Lightworkers, + mediums, are we helpers of the living or the dead?
We are both, when a lightworker/medium is given messages direct from spirit or our guides it is for a few reasons, to help the spirit with unfinished business they left on this plane when they died, if they want to pass on a message to family about certain things like for instance who they want certain items to go to, or to let grieving family know they are safe and well on the other side and not to worry so much. It can also be about family, friends and loved ones who they have been watching over for a while and they have concerns about something in that person's life. I know for me, my family in spirit are always around particularly an auntie of mine who was a permanent worrier when she was alive and she was always tending to the needs of her family first. She still pops in now to let me know about something in the family lines that's on her mind.. (as I write this she is close by smiling at me)
Lightworkers/mediums are also given messages when humanity isn't doing as well as it should as a whole. Messages that we pass on are designed to wake humanity up of they're shortcomings, what can be done to raise peoples awareness levels to a higher perspective, what can we do to change the system we live in to how it can better ALL of humanity. We are designed to push the boundaries of humanity to raise awareness levels to bring about change for all. So for instance when I pass on a message of something our government is doing that is not liked in the spirit world, as well as on this planet, it is an invitation to shake up the status quo a little, to get peoples attentions, to make people aware of things that aren't right for humanity, to create a change that is better for all humanity, not to just benefit a select few in a position of money, power and greed. It is a job role of ours we have agreed to long before we were born in this life, and for many lightworkers (including myself) it is a blessing to do so, and we continue to do so for as long as we can.
2) Where do we draw the line in lightwork mediumship?
This is a question I have asked myself many times and the answer I come to is a simple one.. When trying to help someone and that person is more detrimental to us than good, if they're energy hinders our work, by wiping ours so we can't deliver messages. So for instance if I am guiding someone who is on one journey and that person is negatively minded continually and just constantly gives negative feedback to what I have advised. Because I am empathic also I am prone to absorb that negative energy and it can effect me greatly. It can wipe my energy, make me tired, grumpy at times as I have retained some of that persons energy inadvertently, it can also make me physically ill. Why its so important to learn to create your own boundaries when working with people and spirit (as a spirit who is negative can also drain your energy), super important to cleanse after working with someone whose energy is more negative than positive and empaths usually can pick up on peoples energy VERY quickly just by feeling a person's aura long before they have spoken.
We also can draw the line with people whose only wish is to cause more harm to the lightworker than good. We place walls of protection up to keep the negative out, thus keeping that person out of our lives by doing so. There is nothing worse to a lightworker/medium/empath than always being hit with negative energy and is incredibly draining, time consuming, to keep replenishing your energy after an attack by a negatively minded person. If we feel a person has an air of negative to them we will proceed with caution, but for many of us give them the benefit of the doubt anyway, despite what our instincts/guides say anyway, as we believe in seeing the good even in the most negative of people , in the secret hope we can get them vibrating on a much higher energy level that what they are currently vibrating at. Usually it involves our instincts being right in the end, and that is when we are most prone to getting hurt.
The best thing I can advise in these situations is to remember a simple phrase... 'Cleanse, clear, release' Cleanse yourself of that persons energy, clear your thoughts to make sure no negative remains and release it back out into the universe.
3) Learning to say no (although not a question its a point that constantly comes up in our work)
When being a lightworker/medium/empath (even if your not any of these its still okay to say no), it is okay to say no to people occasionally, when we are working at the level we are and we are continually passing on messages, helping others, guiding humanity, sharing our knowledge, it can be incredibly draining on us and wear us out considerably (especially in the early awakening stages of your abilities) and sometimes you just have to say no to a person or situation to replenish our own energy. A very wise Reiki master of mine once reminded me of this fact in my early Reiki days that I can say no if I am too drained, & not well myself. I don't have to be so self sacrificing of my work. And she was right, once I had set myself boundaries when I need to take a step back and rebuild my energy levels I could work more efficiently and get more messages across with my energy topped up to full. It is okay to say 'no, sorry I can't help you today, but once my energy is back up I can help you'. If they choose to go to someone else for help then that's okay too. Remember your not just the sole lightworker, there is many of us doing the same job for humanity as a whole. :)

Lightworkers... Questions Part 2.
So this is part two of some of the questions I have come across about lightworkers...
1) Don't we love and care too much for people or society?
The simple answer is no, there is no such thing as too much love for humanity/society. When some humans can be so dark and twisted sometimes, giving out loving light can be a wonderful thing for society. I see so much darkness on this planet each and every day, either in person or what I generally see through social media, the news, global issues this planet may face, & by sending out love to people we are encouraging others to share in that love also, to raise they're vibration a little and pass on that gift of love to others. Human beings are designed for love, hate is such a learnt behaviour, you just sometimes have to remind people that they are capable of much love and bring them out of they're darkness.
2) What's the one thing that upsets me about humanity?
Hate crime and violence towards other human beings, its cuts through me so deep and makes me physically ill when humans are aggressive towards another either verbally, physically or emotionally across the globe. There truly is no need for others to be so aggressive towards others. The one thing that is really upsetting for me to see at the moment is the brutality the protesters are receiving in North Dakota over the pipeline. Since when did the people that are supposed to protect human beings (the police) become a determent to them? I have seen nothing but violence towards the peaceful protestors in many articles I have read, and to me that is a sad thing, (unfortunately being empathic, I not only see from the articles I can also feel the anguish coming from the protestors and I pray for peace every single day, not only to them, but also to many others facing hardships in this way ).. Its something I would love to see an end of in this lifetime hate crime and brutality.
3) Why must we hurt or suffer for humanity?
When someone hurts, suffers or is in pain, its a strong indication that something is wrong, that something needs to change in order to get better. As a lightworker its an indication for us that we need to guide others as well as ourselves. Its a learning phase of the soul that directs us to change something in our lives or someone else's. Learning to forgive the action (if the pain is caused by another) is the best way for it to heal, learning to forgive yourself for allowing yourself to be put in that situation in the first place may help, as its often about learning to forgive yourself as well as others. In terms of humanity an empath will always feel another's pain, even the planets pain that's inflicted by humans, we feel the energies of the planet as well as others, so for us the challenge of blocking that pain can be great, and can be personified if there's a natural disaster where lives are lost, a conflict of war where there is much suffering. I tend not to watch much TV news anymore as the news is renound for showing the bad in humanity and not the good. The suffering of others can become too great for an empath to cope with and that's the point we tend to shut ourselves away to cleanse and clear. But once our energies are back up, we will do what we can to alleviate another's suffering in any way we can.
That's a small part about being a lightworker/medium/empath we will help others in any way we can and usually quite often puts others before ourselves, but, remember not to give so much of your energy, save a little energy for yourselves also to replenish
We will always give more than most, because we are designed that way.

Psychic & Personal Development
For beginners
This blog is for those interested in psychic development at the beginners level to guide you on your chosen road of self discovery. This is the class I have written for people I have helped with channelling in they're abilities in the past few decades and it has worked quite well with others. I hope it works well for you too, I am writing it in blogs so you can refer back to the advice should you forget the processes later on. I am doing this as I am aware some out there are dabbling with lack of understanding of correct methods of protection and opening up and closing down correctly.. :)
When developing your own self and centre to raise your awareness levels it is important you have covered your main factors in personal psychic development...
These are :-
*Have you shielded and protected yourself adequately?
*Have you allowed yourself to meditate for no more than 20mins per day for beginners?
*Do you own a development dream journal to record how you are developing?
*Are you working with a medium or Reiki practitioner? (someone who is experienced)
It is important when starting out to have these basic things first to help you on your search for developing a greater understanding of raising your self awareness and energy levels. If you push yourself too hard, too soon you will find your energy drain very fast and you may feel drained and excessively tired for days.
When we talk about shielding what do we mean?
Shielding yourself means placing a layer of good energy around your body ( preferably envisioning white light energy), before you start to meditate or do any form of psychic work, we do this as a safety measure. During your meditation process you may be open to receive messages from spirit, or seeing spirit. As that spirit comes near to you to communicate, it may use some of your energy so to speak to gather its own to be able to speak with you, especially if it is a weak one. By placing a shield or bubble of pure white light around yourself and asking for only good spirits to come near, such as family in spirit. You are far less likely to draw negative energies towards you, which may wipe your energy flat, effect your moods negatively making you angry towards others, feelings of being low, almost depressed, and some may even attack you physically if your really unlucky. I will explain more about the negative energies and they're effects later on in the blogs.
For now I want you to focus on building yourself a good protective shield. (You can use this method for anything and not just for communicating with spirit or meditation, say for instance your having a tough time at work and you need a coping mechanism which enables you to relax a little better)
*First of all I'd like you to sit comfortably, do not cross your legs, place your hands down on your lap, palms facing upwards and gently rest them there. Close your eyes and just slowly breathe and relax. Slowly breath in and out for about 10-20 seconds until you slowly feel more relaxed and your breathing becomes slower.
*I'd like you to imagine a beam of purest white light coming down from the universe, down from the sky, down to the centre of the top of your head, down through your body and down through the ground where your feet are. Imagine that light going under your feet and down below to the ground beneath you.
* As you feel the light spreading through your body, I'd like you to imagine that the beam of light is spreading sideways, moving outwards so it completely surrounds you in a bubble of white light. Hold it there whilst you feel the light charge your energy up, keep breathing slowly in and out. When you feel you are charged enough imagine that beam of light cutting off from the universe down and the last parts of light enter your bubble of white light. Slowly open your eyes... You are now correctly shielded :)
Spend the next day or two practicing this method until you feel confident enough to be able to do this instantaneously without having to refer back to my notes. With time you will be able to use that in any given situation where you feel your energy depleting ..

Personal Development - Meditation (pt 1)
For Beginners
I am going to be taking through some methods of meditation. There are many methods of meditation you can try, but I am going to take you through the best methods I know works well for beginners. As you progress you may find another method that works best for you. This is the method I teach my students at starting level.
When starting meditation always work with someone who has knowledge and experience who can guide you through the meditation process, record your findings, and should you get into difficulties can walk you out of the meditation process safely and quickly. I would recommend for the first month or so you work with someone who has experience in meditation, then as you become more confident you can go off and work on your own, recording your findings as you go.
It is worth mentioning now to keep a journal to write in your findings as you go along, any messages you receive in your dreams as spirit will come to you in your dreams and any other findings or questions you may have as you develop. I also find it a good source of reference to see how you are developing in your personal development as the months progress. Remember personal development is not a fast process, it can take many years to raise your awareness levels to a higher level of understanding. I myself have been seeing/sensing spirit since I was 7 years of age, but it wasn't until I was much older, did I gain the level of understanding I needed to progress in my life. Even now I am 36years old and I am still learning about my awareness each and every day. Each persons development is personal to them and its a long journey, courses and blogs like this will help you gain a better understanding and help you attune yourself better and teach you how to home in on your skills required to raise your awareness levels, but ultimately its your own knowledge you gain through regular meditation, and what you see in that meditation from spirits and guides that will help you to raise your awareness levels.
REMEMBER, RAISING YOUR VIBRATION IS AN INTERNAL PROCESS, LISTENING TO YOUR INTUITION, YOUR GUIDES, YOUR DREAMS, SIGNS FROM THE UNIVERSE WILL HELP YOU DEVELOP A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF YOURSELF AND OTHERS AROUND YOU AS YOU PROGRESS ON THE JOURNEY OF LIFE. A REPUTABLE TEACHER WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS, BUT SHOULD NEVER TELL YOU WHAT TO SEE AS EACH PERSONS PROGRESSIVE JOURNEY IS INDIVIDUAL TO THEM AND EACH PERSON'S LIFES LESSONS IS DIFFERENT FROM THE NEXT PERSON IN THIS LIFETIME.
Candle meditation method. (For people wishing to open they're third eye)
This one is recommended to have someone with you as you work, and remember to protect yourself first using the protection method I have in an earlier blog. This is also a method I used as I was opening up for the first time when I was a teenager and from experience I know it works very well. :)
*Make sure you are sitting in a comfortable position, keep your legs and arms unfolded so the energy around you can flow better
Take a white candle that's sturdy and new and light it
*take deep slow breaths as you look into the candles flame (focus on the top part of the inner flame)
*Continue to stare at the top part of the inner flame, you almost want to look through the flame, let your mind relax and empty your mind as you continue to stare at the flame
*Whilst staring through the flame, imagine yourself walking through a field, its a clear blue sunny day, notice the sights around you, any smells you encounter. As your walking on the grass take a mental note of what is around you.
*As you continue walking through the field, you come across a small dirt track, walk along it, continue to observe the sights, sounds smells around you
*As you glance to the right you see a brook gently flowing. Keep walking the path that runs along the brook
*Just ahead of you is a small footbridge that crosses over the brook and onto another field, walk up to that bridge and cross it
*When you get to the other side, you look around ahead and see another short path that leads to a big purple velvet curtain.
*Walk down that pathway until you reach the curtain. To the right of the curtain is a long gold pull chord, pull it, noticing as you pull the chord the curtain lifts. Behind that is a woodland area, the sun is beaming through the trees
*Walk through the curtain and into the woods, taking note of what is around you. Is there anyone standing in the woods?
*Walk around the woods describe out loud what you see, if there is someone there, stop and talk to them, what did they say?
WHERE IS WHERE YOUR TEACHER/FRIEND YOUR WORKING WITH WILL WRITE DOWN YOUR FINDINGS)
*Spend a few more minutes in the woods, exploring and when your ready, turn around and head back to the curtain.
*Walk through it and pull the chord closing the curtain behind you
*Walk towards the bridge and cross it, still noticing what is around you
*When your back over the bridge continue on the dirt track, the brook should be now on your left. When the track ends and your back walking through the fields, slowly open your eyes, if you have them closed and blow out the candle.
How do you feel after the meditation? Write your findings in your journal.
Remember this whole process should last no longer than 20mins at the start. Any longer and you may become too drained. With time you can extend your time behind the curtain in the woods.

Personal development - Meditation (pt 2)
So now I am going to describe to you another meditation method that you can use at any time you like. This one is specifically designed to use anywhere and you can use this method on your own after you feel confident enough to use it. Again this should be done for no longer than 20 mins initially until your confidence builds in this method. Remember to place protection around yourself first.
Music meditation method.
Find yourself a relaxing piece of music, preferably something with no lyrics, that's soft to listen to. When I am teaching this method, I tend to use my Reiki CD that was composed and produced by my Reiki master for us practitioners to use with people.
*Lay yourself down on a sofa, floor, bed, somewhere comfortable where you can relax, press play on the music system.
*Keep your eyes closed, legs uncrossed and arms placed down by your side, listen to the music, taking slow and deep breaths
*Let your mind drift and wonder, what do you see in your minds eye? Do you see colours, faces, shapes, places? Verbalise what you can so the person you are working with can record what you are seeing in your journal.
*Let your mind wonder where it wants to, as you listen, and remember to keep verbalising what you feel, maybe hear or smell, your guides may be showing you some things.
*When your ready open your eyes, don't be in a rush to sit up as you may be feeling a little blood rushed when you get up. Lay there for a few minutes before you sit up slowly. Record your findings in your journal...
Don't worry if you fall asleep when you try this initially, it will mostly mean you are tired from your daily routine or you have relaxed into it too much. Even if you do fall asleep make a note in your journal what you see, as your spirit guides will come to you in your dreams and show you things you may need to see.
With practice you can put yourself into this meditation method with ease in any given situation, you can also use this method to top up your energy levels once you've understood your own personal energy and the universes a bit better :)

Importance
of shutting
down.
As you meditate more, you will find your third eye (which is roughly at the centre of your forehead) will open up more. As this happens you may start to receive more communication from spirit a lot more, either through your dreams, when you meditate, or in every day life. You may start to sense when spirit are around you, you may physically see a spirit, you may sense different smells connected to spirit that weren't previously in a room moments before. You may even start to walk into buildings and start sensing feelings of the things that happened in that building at a previous time. Or you may start to get insight, feelings, intuitions about the people in your life, particularly when you speak to them either in person, by text or when seeing a photo of them. All of this can be incredibly draining of your energy as you go about your daily life.
Its always best to learn to shut this down, if you don't and you remain open, you may feel very lethargic, drained, and as it wears on you, you may even start to feel physically ill as you pick up on others energy from being open too long. Also if you leave your third eye open for too long, it can leave you open to the elements (when I say elements I mean spirits, good or bad, and peoples energy good or bad) Its a simple method to shutting down, but when done will leave you to carry on with your daily life without concern of what you are sensing. You can easily open yourself up again with practise when you need to, either through meditation or through opening your third eye from the method I will give.
Shutting down.
*Sitting comfortably with your arms unfolded, close your eyes and imagine seeing a third eye in the middle of your forehead
* Over the top of your third eye imagine seeing a big purple velvet curtain and there being a pull chord to the side of the curtain (We use the colour purple as in aura terms it represents psychic ability)
*Imagine pulling the chord and the curtain closing over your third eye
*Open your eyes and relax, sit there for a few minutes to take it in.
You may want to do a self cleanse after you've shut down for the day at this point either by taking a shower and imaging all the energy you've picked up on being pushed through your body by the shower water and down the drain, or if you don't have time for a shower washing your hands will do, and just imagine your pushing that energy down along your hands by the water and down the drain. Before you open up again you may want to do a cleanse using the same methods to give yourself a best chance of opening up.
To open up without meditation just do the reverse of what I've described, instead of closing the curtain, open the curtain.
REMEMBER FOR BEGINNERS ONLY STAY OPEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, SAY NO MORE THAN 20 MINS, IF YOUR OPEN FOR TOO LONG OR PUSH YOURSELF TOO FAR, YOU MAY GIVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DRAIN YOURSELF FAR TOO QUICKLY. If this does happen shut yourself down immediately and leave it for a few days so you can rest and recharge your energies. The same can be said when you have a lot going on in your life, and you can't dedicate the time to use the methods I have described. Don't open up until you've rested yourself adequately...

Cleansing your energy and methods
It's important to cleanse yourself when working with self development, self awareness, working with spirit, meditation of any form of awareness. When you cleanse yourself and your energies you are ridding yourself of daily factors that can have an impact on your development plan. Daily outside factors can include :-
*Work life
*Social life
*Feelings of friends, relatives, partners
*Personal health issues
*Personal relationship issues
*Problems of others
*Monetary issues
*Problems of others
*Spirit energy
*Global issues
These factors can and do often have an impact on someone's own energy and how they are feeling and how they are personally developing. Outside factors can often leave you feeling drained, tired, anxious, unfocused, too focused on others problems, leaving you not enough time and energy to do the things you need to do on your own personal journey such as self reflection, and meditation in order for you to progress as a person spiritually. So when you sit down to meditate all of the daily thoughts and feelings of yourself and others come flooding in and you can't relax into your meditation, or, you are just too tired from the day to even focus on yourself. We put in place methods of cleansing to rid yourselves of the daily influences so you can relax, progress on your own spiritual path.
I am going to go through a few cleansing methods with you that I personally use and know work very well, I have already gone through one of the most important methods for beginners with you in the previous posts about meditation (showering and washing hands cleansing methods). Keep using those methods on a daily basis, particularly after bad days, and before meditation.
There are other methods I'd like to describe now, for times when you may need an extra boost, or if showering or washing your hands just isn't shifting the energy that's left looming around you. Or maybe the energy that's attached itself to you is a particularly negative one and is not shifting long after a person or situation has passed or moved forward.
Sage Cleansing.
It's origins come from Native American beliefs and involves taking a dried stick/pile of sage leaves (sometimes other herbs are included in) bounding them together, lighting them to purify a person, room, house or area of negativity. It is also known as smudging to many. There are a few methods I personally use to cleanse and they are :-
*Person cleansing
This method is simple yet effective, as the person who needs cleansing to stand in a clear open, bright space (ideally standing in the middle of a room) you take your bound sage and light it. Starting above the person's head, wave slowly the stick over the top of the head, so the sage smoke runs over the top of the persons head, (or the crown chakra) .. The idea is you move lower through the chakras down the body in turn cleansing each one little by little. When you slowly move the stick down over the body, make sure the whole of the body is touched by the smoke as you are also cleansing a person's aura by doing so. Do this to the front of the person and also to the back of the person, so any energy that has been trapped in the back can be released. (Interestingly for those who are often talked about behind they're backs will often find they have an acute pain in that area, especially if they are sensitive to other people's energy (such as empathic's) built up over time can cause serious problems for a person, but I will go into that in more detail at a later date in the blogs about how another person can effect your energy) Make sure you cover a persons body in the smoke from head to toes, and just below they're feet making sure you cleanse the entire body. Also notice how the smoke naturally draws to an area of the body, that's an area you will need to focus on more as there might be a tare in a person's aura in that particular area, or a lot of stored up bad energy that's not been released in that area. This method should clear all of the negativity from a person that has been stored or directed towards them.
*Room Cleansing
There are two ways in which we can cleanse a room of negative energy, say for instance you have a negative spirit in visitation in the room or, something bad has happened in a room, or an argument has taken place in a room and you want to cleanse that room of that energy..
The first method is by opening some windows in a particular room you are working in, taking a bowl of dried sage and lighting it, placing the bowl of sage in the centre of the room and leaving the sage burn away, noticing where the smoke naturally draws to is where an area needs focus on ( leaving the windows open while this process is taking place, shifts the negative energy out of the window )
The other is by taking a stick of bound dried sage and lighting it, walking from corner to corner of the room placing sage smoke into each corner of the room and placing sage along the walls, saying a little prayer of cleansing or blessing along the way, that prayer/blessing can be worded any way you like as long as it is thoughtful and non aggressive in wording. I find if you are respectful to even the most negative of spirits, you will get them shifted from your house rather than saying a prayer filled with profanities and aggravations towards a negative entity. (Remember negative spirits charge up on negative energy as well as positive, so it will fuel them if you are rude to them)
I find a prayer like this always helps and works but you can use any wording you like
"In the name of the light and all that is sacred please bless and cleanse this room of all negative energies, negative entities, sending love and protection to all those that live here, let peace be restored in this house with healing loving light"
*Incense stick cleansing
Incense stick cleansing works in a similar way to sage cleansing and when placed in a room or over a person can give the same cleansing properties as sage plus other effects. For cleansing yourself, aiding meditation, cleansing rooms I would recommend the following incense sticks
*For stress Relief - Lavender, Orange blossom, Thyme
*General cleanse - White Sage
*Meditation - Vanilla, Sandalwood, Camomile
*Love - Red Rose
*Protection around the home and spirituality - African Violet
*Psychic ability enhancement - Acacia
*Ridding negativity, purify, protection, meditation, courage - Frankincense
You can also use a white candle for the cleansing of a person or a room using the same methods as sage cleaning, when I am cleansing a house of a negative energy I tend to use sage, a white candle and incense for added protection of a family. There are many other incense sticks that have specific uses but these are my favourites to use for beginners.
Remember it is okay to say 'No' to other peoples problems and negativity if it effecting your energies too much. The methods of cleansing are rescue aids and designed to help you focus and realign your energy for your personal, spiritual health and wellbeing.
*PLEASE NOTE* If you are not confident enough to use these methods of cleansing or you have a particularly negative spirit in your house effecting your family or items in the house, it is always best to contact a reputable medium/Shaman who can cleanse your house of the spirit for you. And always remember to NEVER leave any lit sage, incense, candle unattended for risk of fire.

Are energy vampires sucking the life out of you?
I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year, and ready to progress on over the months ahead.. Todays blog is about energy Vampires, or psychic vampires as they are also known. I have shared a post on my Pinterest account in the past about energy vampires so this blog may not be for you, but, if your not sure what a psychic vampire is, then maybe it's time to know :)
Firstly what is a psychic/energy Vampire?
The definition is literally someone who completely drains your energy from being with them. Have you ever been with someone who as literally sucked the life out of you, left you feeling drained, tired, lifeless even low and depressed? A person you have been around who is continually negative in thought, verbalisation and action? Someone who can not be positive about anything no matter how much positive thought you put into a person or situation? Do you feel like sometimes no matter how much positive you put into a person, that it never seems to be enough, that they will always find a negative to your positive? After being with that person you are out of sorts for a few days after, and even unwell?
If you've answered yes to quite a few of these questions then chances are that person is a psychic/energy vampire.
Psychic vampires are on the lower end of the developmental scale and have little or no interest in anyone but themselves, when they have a problem they come to you and it's a conversation that leads to all about them, with no room for conversation about anything or anyone else. If you know people like this in your life, then it may be time to set boundaries for yourself and re-evaluate your relationship with them, especially when you are in a developmental phase, or you are an opening empathic (which I will go into the meaning of an empathic later on in my blogs). Energy vampires are known to bring empaths, opening mediums, people who are raising they're vibrations down, make them feel ill, low, and make you feel like your being put down continuously. Remember the psychic has little or no empathy for someone but themselves, and will rarely stop even if you ask them too.
By placing boundaries and re-evaluating your relationship with them, you are effectively blocking the negative energy from effecting you and your energies..
So, if you are feeling *heavy eyelids and the increased need for sleep
*Low mood
*The need for comfort food after you've had contact with them
*Feelings of anxiety, depression, and negative thoughts
*You feel put down frequently by that person
Its time to do something about it. You can do this by firstly placing a bubble of protection around yourself whenever you have contact with that person, cleansing yourself and where they have been in the house. If you live with that person, then make sure yourself and your house is cleansed and charged up daily.
*Be clear with them what you can and can't do (remember energy vampires will rarely give)
*Don't be frightened to say no to them, set yourself boundaries with them. In by saying no you are changing the course of that persons energy, mentally blocking it and you are saying yes to yourself.
*Cross your arms when you are around that person and turn away from them slightly, this blocks the negative energy they send out from hitting your solar plexus (just blow your chest) where most of the energy from others enters
*If they become too much for you, step back and remove yourself from the situation, giving yourself space to rest and recuperate
*Try not to listen too much to the negativity they spout about you and others.
*If they are too overbearing on yourself and your personal health and they are refusing to listen to your boundaries, then its time to step back, and break the cord of connection with them entirely. Don't return the calls and texts, sever the cord of connection completely.
Three points I like to say to people are :-
1) Cleanse- Cleanse they're energy from you to stop it effecting you
2) Clear- Be clear of your boundaries, what you will allow and won't allow in your personal space, clearing yourself of all the negativity
3) Release- Release that person and they're energy back out into the universe
As long as you remember these points you won't go wrong. You will know when its time to release that person in your life that just won't stop the negativity...
